Job Summary:

The Customer Coordinator will act as a key link between customers and the internal team. The role involves handling customer communication, follow-ups, order coordination, and providing technical support where required. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good technical understanding, and the ability to manage multiple customer accounts efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle customer inquiries through calls and emails professionally and promptly

* Draft and respond to emails related to quotations, order status, and service updates

* Coordinate between customers, sales, and technical/service teams for smooth operations

* Follow up with clients for order confirmation, payment, and delivery schedules

* Maintain customer records and update order tracking sheets or CRM systems

* Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and technical documents

* Resolve basic technical queries with the help of the technical team

* Ensure timely communication and maintain high customer satisfaction levels

Required Skills:

* Excellent email drafting and communication skills (English preferred)

* Strong telephone etiquette and ability to handle client calls confidently

* Good follow-up and coordination skills

* Basic technical knowledge of mechanical products / systems

* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

* Ability to multitask and prioritize work efficiently

* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
