Role:
SOC Analyst Trainee

Duration:
6 Months (with Pre-Placement Offer)

Work Schedule:
6 days a week, 8 hours per day (Rotational Shifts)

Shift Timings:
6 AM – 2 PM | 2 PM – 10 PM | 10 PM – 6 AM

Eligibility:
B.tech CS/IT/MCA (2025 graduates or earlier)

Preferred Candidate Location:
Delhi / Delhi NCR

About Internship:

SOC Team works here as a tool to induct & train freshers for various roles across the

development & IT portfolio within the organisation.

During the internship period, we will identify your Caliber, interest & skills, and accordingly we

may offer you a full-time role in DevOps, Game Development, Server Development, QA &

Testing, etc., depending on our open positions at that time.

Please refer to the described JD below:


• Responsible for monitoring and analyzing AWS metrics and maintaining performance

dashboards for ongoing system health tracking.


• Quick implementation of backend prototypes for POC of gameplay ideas and features.


• During client/server releases or deployments, the team actively communicates updates

via email, conducts post-release verification testing, and ensures smooth deployment.


• Ensuring that all games are operating without interruptions and of a high quality.


• Identifying and resolving all real-time incidents of our games relating to all components

of operations, including but not limited to gameplay, network connectivity, server

availability, etc.


• Monitoring critical application functions and infrastructure components via the provided

monitoring tools.


• Identifying, analyzing, logging in, and escalating all alerts as necessary.


• Working with internal systems (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).


• Recording all events related to major incidents and producing incident reports for the

concerned departments.


• Working on installing and upgrading mobile games.


• Playing and testing live games on mobile and web platforms.


• Working with stakeholders and teams to identify and capture test results.


• Understanding game requirements and translating them into clean, scalable, and

efficient code.


• Collaborating cross-functionally with development, operations, product, and business

teams to ensure the quality and usability of the product.
