Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Biller located in Mumbai. The Medical Biller will be responsible for processing and managing healthcare claims, ensuring accurate coding with ICD-10, handling insurance claims, managing denials, and ensuring compliance with Medicare regulations. Day-to-day tasks also include verifying patient insurance coverage, preparing and sending invoices, and maintaining detailed billing records.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Medical Terminology and understanding of Denials processes
  • Experience with ICD-10 coding
  • Knowledge of Insurance procedures and Medicare regulations
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in medical billing or a related field is preferred
  • Relevant certification or associate degree in healthcare administration is a plus
