What You'll Do

Talent & On boarding

• Lead hiring campaigns that attract
  owners, not employees.
• Design on boarding experiences that feel like
  joining a mission, not filling forms.

Culture & Engagement

• Keep the startup spirit alive through recognition, rituals, and open communication.
• Create hybrid work practices and engagement activities that energize people.

Performance & Growth

• Build KPIs and review systems that actually help people grow.
• Coach managers to lead with empathy and accountability

Compliance & Systems

• Handle payroll, contracts, and labor compliance.
• Use
  AI and digital tools
  to keep HR lean, scalable, and data-driven.
