Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Comi Chef at our Bengaluru location. The Comi Chef will assist in the daily preparation and presentation of food items. Responsibilities include food preparation, cooking, and plating dishes to high standards. The Comi Chef will work under the guidance of senior chefs, ensuring cleanliness and proper maintenance of the kitchen, and adhering to food safety and hygiene standards. Collaboration with the kitchen team and contribution to menu planning may also be involved.

Qualifications

  • Basic culinary skills including chopping, cooking, and grilling
  • Understanding of kitchen safety and hygiene practices
  • Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
  • Teamwork and communication skills
  • Physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • A formal culinary training or relevant certifications are a plus
