RoleOverview:INGSOL is seeking a dedicated Quality Engineer/SeniorQuality Engineer to join our team, focusing on Manufacturing & IndustrialAutomation. The successful candidate will have a strong engineering backgroundin Electrical, Mechanical, or Instrumentation and possess experience in qualityassurance and control within an industrial setting. You will be responsible forensuring that our manufacturing processes meet the highest standards ofquality, reliability, and efficiency. Develop and implement quality control processes and standards for manufacturing operations.Perform regular inspections and audits of production processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and company specifications.Analyze quality data and implement corrective actions to address any deviations or defects in the manufacturing process.Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to identify potential quality issues and develop proactive solutions.Lead root cause analysis investigations and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Document and report quality metrics, including defect rates, process improvements, and audit findings. RequirementsStrong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and standards such as ISO Proficiency in quality control tools and techniques, including Six Sigma, 5S, and Kaizen.Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA).Excellent problem -solving abilities and attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Familiarity with automation technologies and manufacturing processes.Experience in the packaging, automotive, or process industries will be an advantage.Knowledge of Industry 4.0 and IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things) is a plus.Willingness to work in a dynamic environment with occasional travel to client site.
