The Facade Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for facade projects such as aluminium glazing, curtain walls, cladding, ACP, doors & windows, and other architectural façade systems. The role includes reviewing drawings, analyzing materials, coordinating with vendors, and supporting the project team with pricing strategies.

Key Responsibilities1. Estimation & Quantity Take-Off

• Study architectural drawings, structural drawings, and BOQ.
• Perform detailed quantity take-offs for aluminium, glass, steel, brackets, sealants, ACP, hardware, etc.
• Prepare cost sheets, rate analysis, and material consumption reports.
• Estimate labour cost, fabrication cost, installation cost, and overheads.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹40,000.00 per month
