Job Title: Senior Associate - Marketplace

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Associate for Marketplace to manage marketplace operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various aspects of the brands in e Commerce platforms. An ideal can be someone with 2-4years of experience with external sales management and  also interested in beauty & personal care and would like to build a career in this industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for driving sales and revenue growth on multiple Ecommerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Purple, Nykaa, Meesho, Zepto, Blinkit etc.
  • Doing market research, understanding  competition market trends.
  • Responsible for product cataloging, A+ content, and search engine optimization of the listings
  • Managing relationships with related personnel within the designated marketplaces with Internal and External Stakeholders.
  • Optimizing shipments/POs to reduce stock-out time and save costs.
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports and working with management & seniors to forecast future performance with good data anlalytical skills.
  • Handling Inventory management in case of deficits.
  • To work with brand/creative team for inputs related to marketing activities

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of managing e-commerce sales, with a BTech/BCom/MBA/ other
  • bachelor's/masters degree  from a  reputed colleges.
  • Interest and willingness to learn about the beauty & personal care sector is a strong advantage
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to effectively communicate the objectives and needs of the brand to all stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
