Job Description: Applications Lead (9+ years Solution Architect experience with at least 5 years hands-on full stack development,(NodeJS, VueJS, ReactJS, PHP, Redis Cache, MySQL)

Candidate shall have over 9 years of experience in leading end to development of applications on open source platform with 5 years of hands-on expertise in development in NodeJS, VueJS, ReactJS, PHP. Candidate will be responsible for leading the design, development and implementation of scalable enterprise applications using open-source technologies. Candidate will collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements, manage development team & deliver solutions. Candidate should have strong architectural expertise, deep hands-on experience in full-stack development &  ability to guide teams in delivering robust, secure and high-performance solutions aligned with business goals. This role involves leading the development team, designing cloud-based solutions, coordinating with technical partners to ensure timely delivery, conducting code reviews, managing the code repository, and ensuring adherence to all technical processes. It also includes collaborating with functional teams to translate business requirements into actionable deliverables.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end architecture, design & development of enterprise applications and digital solutions.
  • Define and enforce best practices, coding standards & development methodologies across teams.
  • Drive solution design for complex business requirements using open-source stacks (NodeJS, VueJS, ReactJS, PHP, Redis, MySQL).
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Oversee integration of applications with external systems and internal platforms through APIs and micro-services.
  • Manage performance optimization, caching strategies & application security.
  • Guide and mentor development teams, conduct code reviews and ensure quality assurance compliance.
  • Assess, recommend & implement solutions to improve application performance and maintainability.
  • Coordinate with infrastructure, technical partner (application and database teams) to ensure smooth deployment and operations.
  • Maintain architectural documentation, technical roadmaps and application lifecycle management.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • B.E/B.Tech in Engineering  or MCA
  • 9+ years of experience in solution architecture and application design for enterprise-scale systems.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in NodeJS, VueJS, ReactJS, PHP, MySQL & Redis Cache.
  • Solid understanding of microservices architecture, API management & cloud-based deployment models (preferably Azure).
  • Proficiency in version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications in Solution Architecture (e.g., Azure Solution designs, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, TOGAF, etc.).
  • Experience in Unified Architecture, Data Integration Platforms or Enterprise Application Frameworks.
  • Exposure to Agile and DevOps delivery methodologies.
