ETL Test Engineer (Lead Level Preferred)

Cochin / Trivandrum (Hybrid, Office-based)

6+ Years (Relevant: 6+ Years)

Budget:
₹12 – 20 LPA (depending on experience)

Immediate – 30 days

Job Purpose

Deliver innovative, high-quality software solutions through comprehensive ETL testing and validation across enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build test frameworks to validate end-to-end ETL processes.
• Review requirements and translate them into functional & technical test cases.
• Develop, maintain, and execute automated & manual test scripts.
• Perform statistical tests on large datasets ensuring data quality, integrity, and performance.
• Collaborate with database developers to improve data collection & storage processes.
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to testing standards & practices.
• Maintain multiple QA environments and ensure compliance with policies.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong expertise in
  ETL Testing
  and
  MS SQL Server
  (Advanced).
• Experience with
  Informatica, Snowflake, AWS/Azure
  (preferred).
• Exposure to
  TFS, JIRA, Confluence
  .
• Bachelor's in CS/IT or equivalent with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong data analysis, log analysis & performance testing knowledge.
• Prior
  lead-level experience
  preferred.
• Knowledge of financial/mortgage domain is a plus.
