Role: Assistant Manager - Real Estate & Partnerships

Location: Gurugram (Full-Time, On-Site)

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and secure new facility locations in line with business growth plans.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, landlords, and real estate agents.
  • Negotiate lease agreements and contractual terms to ensure favorable business outcomes.
  • Establish and manage strategic partnerships that enhance Ultimutt's service offerings and network reach.
  • Conduct market research and site feasibility studies to guide location selection.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and operational readiness of new facilities.
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in the pet services and real estate space.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, property valuations, and location potential.
  • Proven experience in partnership development and account management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for engaging diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Prior experience in real estate acquisition, retail expansion, or franchise growth preferred.
