Location: Chennai or Hyderabad

Responsibilities:

- Assist in the financial planning and analysis process, developing budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial models to support business objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, providing actionable insights to guide decision-making and performance improvement.
- Oversee cash flow management and ensure the integrity of financial reporting in compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with operational goals, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership on financial performance, risk management, and investment opportunities.
Required and Preferred Qualifications

Required

- Strong experience in finance or accounting, with a proven track record in financial analysis and strategic planning.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience in preparing consolidated financial statements for a group. Ensuring accurate elimination of intercompany transactions, alignment of accounting policies across subsidiaries, and compliance with relevant reporting standards (IFRS/GAAP).
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor finance teams in a dynamic environment.

Preferred

- Advanced degree - CA or equivalent
- Experience in a finance role within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies:

- Proficiency in financial modelling and analysis tools, including advanced Excel skills.
- Familiarity with financial softwares.
- Experience with data visualization tools to communicate financial insights effectively.
