What you'll work on

  • Build and optimize ML pipelines that score coding tasks, system design responses, and AI model outputs
  • Own our LLM workflows — prompt design, evaluation, RAG, embeddings, vector DB tuning.
  • Fine-tune models for answer quality, semantic similarity, ranking, and scoring consistency.
  • Work with product + engineering to launch real-time interview evaluation features.
  • Build feedback loops that improve models based on user behavior and reviewer insights.
  • Make our AI faster, smarter, and more trustworthy — at scale.

You'll thrive here if you:

  • Have 4–8 years of experience in machine learning, preferably in NLP or applied LLM systems.
  • Are comfortable working across Python, FastAPI, and common AI libraries (HuggingFace, LangChain, etc.).
  • Know how to evaluate LLM outputs — and build metrics that reflect quality and truthfulness.
  • Can balance research quality with shipping urgency — and iterate quickly with real users.
  • Are hands-on with vector search, embeddings, model fine-tuning, and prompt engineering.

Bonus if you:

  • Have worked with OpenAI, Claude, Mistral, or custom LLMs in production.
  • Have ideas on how to score soft skills, communication, or design thinking using AI.
  • Want to grow into a founding AI lead role as the company scales.
