Telesales Manager

Looking for a
"Telesales /customer relationship manager" for a leading garment manufacturer based out of Kanchipuram

12 years of experience in a Telesales/CRM or customer service role (preferably in textile, garments).

• Maintain and update the CRM database with customer information, inquiries, new orders leads, and complaints.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with dealers, distributors, and retail partners, B2B.
• Respond promptly to Dealers' queries and follow up for satisfaction and feedback.

Sales Support:

• Coordinate with the sales team to track orders, deliveries, and payment follow up.
• Assist in developing customer loyalty programs and offers.

• Analyze customer buying patterns and suggest cross-selling or upselling opportunities, revenue generation.

• Marketing & Communication:

• Work closely with marketing and sales execute SMS, email, or WhatsApp campaigns targeting existing customers.

• Collect and analyze feedback to support marketing initiatives and product development.

• Reporting & Analysis:

• Generate regular CRM reports, including customer activity, retention rates, and feedback summaries.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and suggest areas for improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 12 years of experience in a CRM or customer service role (preferably in textile, garments,).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with local/regional customer behaviours and market trends (especially in the lungi or traditional wear segment).
