Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled
3D Architectural Visual Artist
with expertise in
Unreal Engine
to produce stunning, immersive, and interactive visualizations of Machani Group's properties. The role involves transforming architectural concepts into lifelike 3D environments, with an emphasis on photorealism, dynamic lighting, and storytelling that appeals to luxury markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 3D Modelling & Rendering:
    Create high-quality 3D models of architectural spaces, interiors, and landscapes using Unreal Engine and supporting 3D tools (3ds Max, Blender, SketchUp, etc.).
  • Photorealistic Visualization:
    Enhance realism through lighting, texturing, shading, and post-processing to meet luxury brand marketing standards.
  • Interactive Environments:
    Develop real-time walkthroughs, virtual tours, and immersive experiences for potential clients and investors.
  • Collaboration:
    Work closely with architects, interior designers, and the marketing team to ensure the visualizations reflect design intent and brand positioning.
  • Optimization:
    Ensure models and scenes are optimized for high performance without compromising visual quality.
  • Innovation:
    Stay updated on the latest trends in 3D visualization, Unreal Engine capabilities, and virtual production for architectural marketing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Visual Communication, or related field (preferred, but not mandatory if portfolio demonstrates mastery).
  • Proven experience in
    Unreal Engine 5
    for architectural visualization.
  • Strong proficiency in 3D modeling software (3ds Max, Blender, Rhino, SketchUp, Maya, etc.).
  • Expertise in lighting, materials, textures, and rendering pipelines.
  • Experience with photogrammetry, PBR workflows, and real-time rendering.
  • Strong understanding of architectural design principles, proportions, and aesthetics.
  • Ability to work with CAD drawings and convert them into 3D models.
  • A portfolio demonstrating photorealistic and interactive architectural projects.

Preferred:

  • Experience in
    virtual staging
    , product placement, and branding in 3D spaces.
  • Knowledge of VR/AR integration for real estate marketing.
  • Understanding of luxury brand aesthetics and storytelling.
