Job Title: Safety Officer

Location: Jharsuguda, Odisha

Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Safety Officer with 4–5 years of professional experience in industrial safety. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations, conducting audits, and implementing safety programs to maintain a safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and monitor company safety policies and statutory compliance.

Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections.

Provide safety training and awareness programs to employees.

Investigate and report incidents, recommending preventive measures.

Maintain accurate records of safety documentation and permits.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree (mandatory).

PG Diploma in Industrial Safety (mandatory).

4–5 years of relevant industrial safety experience.

Strong knowledge of safety regulations and emergency response.

Good communication and leadership skills.
