Responsibilities

· Designing and developing integration solutions on the Dell Boomi platform.

· Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

· Developing and maintaining integration processes between various systems and applications (WorkDay, SalesForce, etc.)

· Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to integrations and data flows.

· Documenting technical designs, processes, and configurations.

· Keeping up to date with the latest updates and best practices in Dell Boomi and integration technologies.

· Testing and deploying integration solutions in different environments.

· Designing integrations for resilience and fault tolerance to minimise downtime and ensure continuity.

· Advising on best practices for optimisation, scalability, and reusability of integration components.

· Monitoring and improving integration performance and reliability.

Qualifications

· Proven experience with Dell Boomi platform.

· Strong understanding of integration concepts, REST/SOAP APIs, and data mapping.

· Experience with various data formats including XML, JSON, and SQL.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Effective communication and collaboration skills.

· Experience in designing reusable components and frameworks for integrations.

· Knowledge of CI/CD processes for integration deployments (desirable).
