  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming food, beverage, and non-food supplies.
  • Ensure all received items meet quality, quantity, and safety standards.
  • Record deliveries and maintain accurate stock documentation (GRNs, invoices, logs).
  • Organize and store items properly following FIFO/FEFO methods.
  • Monitor stock levels and initiate reorders to prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in storage areas according to F&B standards.
  • Track expiry dates and ensure timely rotation of perishable items.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Issue raw materials and supplies to kitchen, bar, and service staff as requested.
  • Maintain updated inventory management systems or software.
  • Secure storage areas and prevent theft, spoilage, or contamination.
  • Coordinate with procurement, kitchen, and management teams for smooth operations.
  • Handle proper disposal of expired or damaged goods per company policy.
  • Monitor temperature-controlled storage areas (freezers, chillers) for compliance.
  • Prepare inventory reports for management review.
  • Follow all food safety standards (HACCP, local hygiene regulations).
  • Support audits and inspections by providing required inventory documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
