This role is crucial in delivering technological solutions that support and enhance our global transaction management processes. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in transactions management, consulting, and lease administration, combined with strong technical skills and product management experience.Key Responsibilities:Product Strategy & Development:Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies for Transaction Management solutions, Consulting & Lease Administration services aligning with global business objectives and market demandsDrive product lifecycle management from conception to launch, including feature definition, roadmap planning, and go-to-market strategiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and regional stakeholders to ensure successful product development and deploymentAnalyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions and maintain competitive advantageProven ability to frame up strategic business cases with comprehensive financial analysis, risk assessment, and ROI justificationStrong experience in process and business transformation analysis with track record of successful organizational change initiativesDemonstrated expertise in AI transformation use cases including identification, development, and implementation of AI-driven solutionsDrive exploration of emerging AI technologies including generative AI, natural language processing for lease document analysis, and computer vision for property assessmentExceptional Excel expertise including advanced financial modelling, complex formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, and automation capabilitiesExpert-level PowerPoint skills with ability to create compelling, executive-ready presentations that effectively communicate complex strategic conceptsServe as subject matter expert (SME) for CoStar platform integration and optimization within transaction management workflowsLead complex CoStar data migration projects ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and seamless transition processesDevelop and execute migration strategies for transitioning from legacy systems to CoStar-integrated solutionsTechnical Leadership:Leverage expertise in SQL, Java, and Python to guide technical product decisions and collaborate effectively with engineering teamsApply data science methodologies to drive product insights and optimize user experiencesEnsure seamless integration of transaction management solutions with existing JLL technology platformsOversee complex technical implementations and system integrationsStakeholder Management & Communication:Present product strategies, roadmaps, and performance metrics to senior leadership and global stakeholdersDemonstrate exceptional global stakeholder management skills across diverse cultures, time zones, and organizational levelsCreate compelling presentations using advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills to communicate product value and business impactLead product evangelism efforts across internal teams and external industry eventsProcess & Business Transformation:Lead comprehensive process and business transformation analysis across lease administration workflowsIdentify inefficiencies and design optimized processes that leverage technology and automationDevelop transformation strategies that improve accuracy, reduce processing time, and enhance customer experienceImplement change management initiatives to drive adoption of new processes and technologiesComplex Business Process Management:Manage intricate lease administration processes involving multiple approval chains, legal reviews, and compliance checkpointsDesign solutions for complex lease lifecycle management including renewals, amendments, and terminationsHandle multi-jurisdictional lease requirements and varying regulatory compliance across different marketsOptimize complex workflows involving lease abstraction, critical date management, and financial reportingPerformance & Analytics:Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for transaction management productsUtilize advanced data analysis capabilities to inform product decisions and measure successDrive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize product performance and customer satisfactionDevelop and manage product budgets aligned with strategic objectivesQualifications:Required:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field;
