About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Bodyshop Advisor to join our team. The role involves handling customer interactions, preparing job estimates, coordinating with technicians and insurers, and ensuring smooth body repair operations with excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with body repair and accidental damage complaints.
• Prepare accurate job estimates, job cards, and maintain proper documentation.
• Coordinate with technicians, painters, and parts team for timely repair completion.
• Liaise with insurance companies and surveyors for claim approvals and processing.
• Ensure high-quality vehicle delivery, explain work done, and collect customer feedback.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years' experience in automobile service/bodyshop advisory.
• Good knowledge of accident repair, insurance claim process, and job estimation.
• Strong communication and customer handling skills.
• Familiarity with DMS and documentation processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹20,000.00 per month
