Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented
Sales Executive
to join our team at Tripli Hotels in Udaipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales through direct guest interaction, developing B2B partnerships, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential guests, understand their requirements, and close bookings.
• Prepare and share quotations, and conduct timely follow-ups to convert leads into confirmed bookings.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B agents to generate business opportunities.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets while ensuring a positive guest experience.
• Work closely with the reservations and operations teams to ensure seamless coordination.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduation degree (any stream).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record in sales with the ability to achieve and exceed targets.
• Experience in customer relationship management.
• Familiarity with the hospitality industry will be an added advantage.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Willingness to work on-site in Udaipur.
