Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and manage our cloud infrastructure, with a primary focus on our multi-project Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Kubernetes, specifically with GKE Autopilot clusters, and deep experience with serverless computing, particularly GCP Cloud Functions. In addition to building and managing our new GCP infrastructure, this role will also be responsible for maintaining our legacy systems on Amazon Web 

Qualifications

  • Required: ● Proven experience working as a DevOps Engineer in a cloud-centric environment. ● Mandatory Google Cloud Certication: Must hold one of the following active certications: ○ Google Certied Professional - Cloud DevOps Engineer ○ Google Certied Professional - Cloud Architect ● Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Plaorm (GCP) core services, including GKE (with Autopilot experience), Cloud Functions, IAM, VPC, and Cloud Build. ● In-depth, practical knowledge of Kubernetes and containerization technologies (Docker). ● Demonstrable experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, with a strong preference for Terraform. ● Prociency in at least one scripting language (e.g., Python, Go, Bash). ● Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab CI, Jenkins, or Cloud Build. ● Solid understanding of fundamental networking concepts (DNS, TCP/IP, Firewalls, Load Balancing)
