Job Title: Design Engineer Job Role: We are looking for a design engineer whos responsible for assisting in the design and development process to ensure the delivery of new designs in Tool manufacturing company from the concept stage to the development of prototypes through to finished products ready for manufacture.

Job Responsibilities:
• Research new methods of development create a range of 3D models for a number of proposal/production and development systems, products, and components using CAD.
• Responsibility for the management of all Tools Design activities including Request for Quotations (RFQs), Design freeze / release.
• Design products and tools to meet customer requirements. Develop virtual models of different designs using computer software such as SolidWorks.
• Liaise closely with all departments to fully understand tools design requirements
• Find out the manufacturing requirements by examining materials and production costs.
• Present designs and perform demonstrations of product prototypes for the approval of clients.
• Provides technical and engineering support for day-to-day processing, product development and process improvements.
• Evaluate the function, safety and appearance of products to ensure they have a practical design.

Experience:
• 1-3 years previous experience in manufacturing Industry and engineering products Specially in Tool Designing.
• Strong Knowledge of CAD Modelling, Drawings and tool Design.
• Experience in Solid Works is must.
