A Purchase Executive in the real estate sector plays a crucial role in managing the procurement of materials, services, and supplies required for construction, development, and maintenance projects.

Location: Chennai
Experience: 3+ years

Responsibilities:
Identifying Materials Needed: Understand the requirements for different construction projects (e.g., cement, steel, tiles, electricals, etc.).
Purchase Orders: Prepare and issue purchase orders (PO) in line with project requirements, ensuring timely delivery of materials to sites.
Material Quality Checks: Ensure that the materials purchased meet the required quality standards as specified by project managers or engineers.
Inspection of Goods: Coordinate with site engineers or quality control teams to inspect the materials upon delivery and ensure they match the specifications.
Stock Monitoring: Track inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstocking of materials, ensuring smooth operations.
Coordination with Stores: Work closely with the stores and warehouse teams to ensure proper storage, stock rotation, and documentation of materials.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, vendor contracts, delivery notes, and invoices.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on procurement activities, cost savings, and vendor performance to reporting manager.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹28, ₹35,000.00 per month
