Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic English Teacher cum Motivator who believes in active learning and focuses on recall-based techniques rather than passive revision. The ideal candidate will inspire students to think independently, strengthen their memory retention, and enhance their communication and confidence through structured recall exercises and motivational sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

*Design and implement chapter-wise assignments focused on recall-based learning.
*Create engaging lesson plans that emphasize concept understanding and memory retention.
*Encourage students to recall, summarize, and express what they've learned rather than just revising.
*Conduct motivational sessions to boost student confidence, discipline, and goal orientation.
*Use interactive methods — quizzes, flash recall, discussions, and storytelling — to reinforce learning.
*Track and evaluate students' performance through recall tests and verbal recitations.
*Build a positive and encouraging classroom environment that promotes curiosity and enthusiasm for English.
*Provide individual attention and mentorship to help students overcome academic and personal challenges.
*Collaborate with academic coordinators to align lesson plans with curriculum goals.

Requirements:

*Bachelor's or Master's degree in English Literature / Education or a related field.
*Proven experience as an English Teacher, Trainer, or Motivational Educator.
*Strong command of English grammar, vocabulary, and communication skills.
*Excellent motivational and presentation abilities.
