Requirements
We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Consultant specializing in Time Management with hands-on expertise in PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules) and Schemas. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of end-to-end payroll processes, preferably with exposure to Canada Payroll or broader HCM modules, and experience in Application Management Support (AMS) environments.

Configure, maintain, and enhance SAP Time Management functionalities including PCRs, Schemas, Work Schedules, and Time Evaluation.

Analyze, design, and implement solutions for time-related business requirements.

Support payroll integrations, particularly for Canada Payroll (good to have).

Collaborate with business users to identify system issues, propose improvements, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Perform defect analysis, testing, and validation using tools like HP ALM, JIRA, or equivalent.

Prepare detailed functional specifications, documentation, and test scripts.

Manage tickets and incidents efficiently in an AMS support environment, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction.

Work closely with cross-functional teams for system upgrades, patch applications, and change requests (PCRs).

Participate in knowledge transfer, process documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Minimum 6 years of experience in SAP HCM Time Management.

Strong expertise in writing and customizing PCRs and Schemas.

Experience in AMS (Application Maintenance & Support) projects.

Familiarity with testing tools like HP ALM and JIRA.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Strong time management and analytical abilities.

Immediate availability or short notice preferred.

Exposure to Canada Payroll configuration and processing.

Experience in other SAP HCM modules such as PA (Personnel Administration) or OM (Organizational Management).

Knowledge of integration with SuccessFactors or third-party systems.
