Job Title: Branch Manager
Product Group: Retail / Trading Business (Equity)
Purpose:
Drive revenue and business growth by providing high-quality investment advisory services to Retail, HNI, and Corporate clients. Develop new client relationships while managing and servicing existing ones to maximize profitability and market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire and build relationships with HNI, Retail, and Corporate clients.
- Lead and manage sales team to meet revenue and acquisition targets.
- Provide proactive, end-to-end service and advisory on equity, distribution, and broking products.
- Assess clients risk appetite and offer tailored investment advice.
- Implement sales promotions and update clients on market trends.
- Maintain branch P&L and manage it as a profit center.
- Resolve client queries and drive cross-selling of company products.
- Prepare and update MIS and sales reports regularly.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate/Postgraduate/MBA with NISM Series 8 & 5, SP Certification, IRDA.
- 8+ years in stockbroking or profit center management.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of capital markets (Equities, Derivatives, Mutual Funds, etc.).
- Proven business and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, networking, and client relationship abilities.
- Customer-centric with strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Presentable with persuasive selling skills and ability to lead a branch successfully.
