Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a core member of the DT – CRM Dynamics Development team, contributing to the design and development of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Design and evaluate scalable and robust technical architectures for enterprise applications, leveraging platform expertise.
  • Execute data migration tasks, manage integrations, and configure system-level settings to optimize CRM functionalities.
  • Conduct unit testing and participate in peer code reviews to uphold quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Business Systems Analysts (BSAs), QA, and Project Managers—to oversee systems and infrastructure for continuous development and deployment.
  • Explore and assess emerging technologies and platforms to address current business and technical challenges, fostering innovation.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in enterprise application development.
  • Proven expertise in delivering enterprise-grade applications across the full product lifecycle, including analysis, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) CRM platform development and customization.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC processes.
  • Technical proficiency in:
  • C#, IronPython, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, SQL, RESTful API development
  • D365 customization: plugins, workflows, JavaScript, Power Automate
  • Dynamics 365 Security Model, including Access Teams and Sharing
  • .NET C# fundamentals and Microsoft SQL Server
  • External system integrations via Web APIs and SSIS (using KingswaySoft for data migrations)
  • Azure components such as Service Bus and Azure Functions
  • Power Platform tools including Canvas Apps, Custom Pages, and Power BI
  • Azure Application Insights for monitoring and diagnostics
