Job Description: Telecaller – Education Product (IT Courses)Experience Required

  • Prior experience in telecalling or student counseling preferred.
  • Freshers with strong communication skills and willingness to learn are also welcome.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Knowledge: Learn and understand IT course offerings, their importance, and benefits to students.
  • Student Interaction: Handle student calls gently and professionally, addressing queries and requirements smoothly.
  • Lead Management:
  • Work on leads generated by the Sales team or Counselor through digital and traditional marketing.
  • Identify and transfer important leads to the Counselor for further follow-up.
  • Performance Goals:
  • Increase the number of leads and improve call ratios every month.
  • Generate a minimum of 3–5 walk-ins per month through effective telecalling.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with the Counselor and Sales team to ensure proper lead handling and conversion.
  • Target Achievement: Meet monthly targets; incentives will be provided based on successful target completion.

Skills Required

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience and empathy while dealing with students.
  • Ability to learn quickly about IT courses and explain them clearly.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with focus on increasing admissions.

Performance & Incentives

  • Incentives will be processed monthly based on target completion and lead conversion success.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13, ₹18,000.00 per month
