What will you be doing at Atrium?
In this role, you will join the best and brightest in the industry to skillfully push the boundaries of what's possible by uncovering predictive insights. You will work with customers to make smarter decisions through innovative problem-solving using AI, Analytics, and systems of intelligence. You will partner to advise, implement, and optimize solutions through industry expertise, leading cloud platforms, and data science.

As an Agentic Architect, you will drive the development and implementation of our Agentic AI initiatives. In this role, you will be a key player in designing, building, and scaling intelligent agents that deliver tangible business value. You will lead a team of talented engineers, providing technical guidance and architectural oversight and fostering a culture of innovation.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of Agentic AI principles, hands-on experience building practical agent applications, and a passion for pushing the boundaries of AI technology.

In this role, you will

• Design and implement scalable and robust architectures for Agentic AI systems
• Define and enforce best practices for agent development, deployment, and monitoring
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of engineers
• Lead technical design and code reviews
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project scope and requirements
• Develop and implement agent-based solutions for real-world applications
• Utilise frameworks and tools such as Google Vertex AI, LangChain, or Anthropic Claude to build and deploy agents
• Experiment with and evaluate different agent architectures, techniques, and models
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to agent performance and reliability
• Hands-on creation of tools that help in agent creation and management
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Agentic AI and related fields
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance our agent capabilities
• Conduct research and experimentation to explore novel applications of Agentic AI
• Document and share knowledge and best practices within the team and organisation
• Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement in the team's processes and workflows

In This Role, You Will Have

• 8+ Years of professional experience in software development with a focus on AI/ML
• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience building and deploying Agentic AI applications
• Strong understanding of Agentic AI concepts, including planning, reasoning, and execution
• Experience with Google Vertex AI, Anthropic Claude or LangChain is required
• Experience with cloud platforms, specifically GCP
• Strong proficiency and hands-on experience in Python
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to lead and mentor a team of engineers
• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and large language models (LLMs)
• Experience with reinforcement learning
• Experience with developing and deploying AI-powered APIs
• Experience with Vector Databases
• Experience bringing a product to market, ideally an agent or agentic solution
• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
