We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with strong backend expertise and a solid grounding in frontend development to help shape this vision into reality.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain backend systems, APIs, and microservices using and

Design and implement intuitive, responsive frontends using React / or similar frameworks

Work with PostgreSQL and relational data systems for secure, efficient data management

Collaborate with product, design, and creative teams to translate conceptual frameworks into functional experiences

Build authentication, dashboards, and gamified logic that bring the SadhanaBoard experience to life

Write clean, modular, and maintainable code aligned with scalability and clarity

Contribute to system architecture, performance optimization, and deployment pipelines

Core Skills & Experience

Proficiency in , , and RESTful API design

Frontend experience with / /

Strong understanding of PostgreSQL and database optimization

Version control using Git/GitHub

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Ability to think in systems and build for long-term evolution

Preferred Skills

Experience with JWT / OAuth authentication

Familiarity with AWS / GCP / Azure or cloud platforms

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, containerization, or microservices

Interest in AI, gamified systems, or human–computer interaction
