We are a Canada-based digital media and coaching company specializing in helping new creators build successful YouTube channels through structured strategy, analytics, and professional mentorship.

We are seeking a committed, camera-confident creator to partner with us in developing a new YouTube channel. The selected creator will serve as the on-camera lead and long-term partner, with guided support and financial investment after demonstrating consistency during an initial probation period.

Role Overview

We are looking for a reliable and charismatic individual who can serve as the primary on-camera talent and creative collaborator. You will be responsible for developing content within a specific niche, presenting on video, and maintaining a consistent upload schedule. After the first three months, full professional equipment and operational funding will be provided.

Responsibilities

Content Creation

• Develop and refine video ideas within the agreed-upon niche
• Write scripts, film content, and appear on camera
• Maintain consistent weekly or bi-weekly uploads
• Deliver engaging and clear on-camera performance

Channel Growth and Strategy

• Participate in coaching sessions with our Canadian team
• Implement YouTube SEO strategies and growth recommendations
• Create content aligned with audience preferences and trends
• Review analytics and apply feedback to improve performance

Collaboration and Professional Conduct

• Communicate regularly with the team
• Follow the content schedule and production expectations
• Provide updates on progress, challenges, and upcoming ideas

What We Provide

Coaching and Strategy Support

Immediate access to creator coaching, analytics guidance, and personalized growth strategies.

Monthly Stipend and Revenue Share

A mutually agreed-upon monthly stipend during the probation period.

A generous percentage of all channel revenues, including AdSense, brand deals, affiliate earnings, and merchandise.

Full Financial Investment After 3 Months

Upon demonstrating consistency and commitment, we will provide:

• Professional camera, lighting, and audio equipment
• Paid software subscriptions and analytics tools
• Coverage of production-related expenses, including props and local travel
• Long-term partnership contract with shared revenue structure

Technical and Legal Support

We handle channel setup, SEO support, branding, analytics monitoring, and legal agreements.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

• Access to a modern smartphone with a good-quality camera
• Basic understanding of video creation
• Strong on-camera communication and confidence
• A clear and specific YouTube niche idea
• Ability to meet a weekly or bi-weekly upload schedule
• English communication skills
• Willingness to learn, accept coaching, and improve

Applicants under 18 may participate but must have a parent or legal guardian review and approve any revenue-sharing agreements or contracts.
