Job Title: Associate Director/Director - Product Management

Role Summary:

As an API Hub Product Manager, you will be the owner of our API product layer, responsible for building a robust and scalable API ecosystem. This role is highly technical and requires a deep understanding of API lifecycle management, system integrations, and the needs of internal and external developers.

What will you do?

Own the API product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring the API hub is a secure, reliable, and user-friendly platform.

Lead the entire API lifecycle, from design and documentation to deployment and deprecation.

Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement REST and GraphQL APIs that are scalable and efficient.

Drive the creation and maintenance of a developer portal with comprehensive documentation, tutorials, and sandbox environments to enable a seamless partner ecosystem.

Ensure robust connectivity between our internal systems and external partners, managing integrations and data exchange.

Bridge the gap between business needs and technical requirements, translating complex business logic into clear API specifications.

Monitor API performance and usage, using metrics to drive continuous improvement and future development..

What skills required?

8+ years of experience in a technical product management role, with a focus on APIs, platforms, or middleware.

Expertise in API lifecycle management, including design, development, and versioning.

Solid understanding of integration frameworks, security protocols, and API governance.

Experience with REST and/or GraphQL API design.

Proven experience in enabling developer communities through a developer portal and high-quality documentation.

Familiarity with partner ecosystem integrations and B2B connectivity.

Strong technical acumen and the ability to work effectively with engineering teams.
