  • Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
  • Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
  • Act as the point of contact regarding all employee working related matters
  • Manage employees' grievances.
  • Implement performance review procedures (quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations)
  • Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
  • Oversee daily operations of the HR department
  • Should be responsible for all documentations, employee background verification, maintaining employee records, leave and attendance management, joining & exit formalities.
  • Co-coordinating Placement assistance for the students and reports
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Indian and international eCommerce markets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, emerging segments, and potential client needs.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to drive user acquisition and platform adoption.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and support brand visibility campaigns.
  • Actively reach out to potential clients via various channels (calls, meetings, networking, etc.).
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and demos tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company objectives.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Track sales performance, prepare reports, and present insights to leadership.
  • Gather feedback from prospects and clients to inform product and service enhancements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
