About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive to manage our online presence and drive engagement across platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, an understanding of digital trends, and the ability to create and manage content that enhances brand visibility and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Manage and grow the brand's presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Plan, schedule, and post engaging content in line with the brand's identity and calendar.
  • Monitor social media activity, respond to comments/messages, and engage with followers to build community.

Content Creation & Strategy

  • Brainstorm and execute creative campaign ideas and content themes.
  • Coordinate with designers, photographers, and videographers to produce quality visuals and videos.
  • Write engaging captions and copy that align with brand tone and marketing goals.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, memes, and social formats to create timely and relatable content.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers, etc.) and prepare monthly reports.
  • Analyze post-performance and audience insights to refine future strategies.
  • Suggest ways to increase reach, conversions, and audience engagement.

Coordination & Campaigns

  • Work closely with the marketing team for campaign planning and brand collaborations.
  • Manage influencer partnerships and content deliverables when required.
  • Support paid ad campaigns with creative ideas and performance tracking.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing brand social media accounts.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools is a plus.
  • Creative, proactive, and data-driven mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
