Job Summary:
We are hiring a Back Office & Telecaller Executive to handle customer calls, manage policy data, and support daily insurance operations.
The role involves both calling customers for renewals/sales and maintaining records for smooth office functioning.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound & outbound calls to explain insurance products (Motor, Health, Life).
Generate new leads and follow up for policy renewal or payment.
Assist in policy issuance, endorsement, and claims coordination.
Maintain accurate data entry and customer records in the system.
Prepare daily MIS reports and update performance trackers.
Coordinate with sales, customers, and insurance company representatives.
Provide excellent after-sales service and resolve client queries.

Qualification & Skills Required:
Minimum HSC / Graduate (any stream).
Good communication in Hindi or regional language (basic English preferred).
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, Email).
Confident, polite, and goal-oriented personality.
Experience in insurance, telecalling, or back-office work preferred (freshers can also apply).
