Filed Sales Executive

Paytm in hiring for Filed Sales Executive . Field Sales Executive drives sales by meeting clients face-to-face, presenting products, negotiating deals, and managing their territory to acquire new customers and retain existing ones, focusing on hitting targets through relationship building, strategic visits, and understanding customer needs, often involving travel and reporting. Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Generation: Identify new leads, pursue opportunities, present products/services, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, follow up consistently, and address concerns.
• Territory & Activity Management: Plan client visits, manage assigned areas, conduct market research, and maintain detailed customer databases.
• Reporting & Strategy: Prepare sales reports, analyze performance, monitor competitors, and develop effective sales strategies.
• Product Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of products, services, and industry trends to provide valuable solutions.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience (field or similar role).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time, and organize effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
• Problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is often preferred.
• A valid driver's license and vehicle are frequently required due to travel.
