Job Description:

Successful candidate will need to have:

  • Demonstrated strong system design skills
  • Excellent technical presentation skills
  • Ability to manage and deliver ambitious and cutting edge software projects
  • Ability to manage senior developers (initially), and mix of engineers and managers (as team grows)
  • Current knowledge of Agentic AI technologies
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science

Following skills will be a plus:

  • Current coding skills with knowledge of design patterns and idiomatic usage of Go, Java or Python
  • Prior exposure to SIP, WebRTC
  • Prior experience with early or mid stage startups
  • Postgraduate degree is a plus
