We are looking to hire Laundry Supervisor at Max Healthcare, Saket.

Job Objective:

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Laundry Supervisor to oversee daily laundry operations, ensure quality standards, and manage laundry staff effectively. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, leadership abilities, and knowledge of laundry equipment and cleaning procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily laundry activities (washing, drying, ironing, folding, and distribution).
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the laundry area.
  • Monitor the use and maintenance of laundry equipment.
  • Ensure timely delivery of clean linens, uniforms, and other items.
  • Manage inventory of detergents, chemicals, and linen stock.
  • Train, schedule, and supervise laundry staff.
  • Handle customer complaints or quality issues promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain records of laundry loads, damaged items, and maintenance needs.

V. JOB REQUIREMENTS Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduation

Experience

  • Minimum 2-6 years experience

Technical Skills

  • Knowledge of laundry chemicals, machines, and fabric care.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a team.
