Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Instrumentation Technician to join our Operations & Maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, calibration, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of field instrumentation and control systems used in industrial process environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of field instruments (pressure, temperature, level, and flow).
• Install, calibrate, and configure various instruments and transmitters.
• Troubleshoot and repair faulty instrumentation loops and control circuits.
• Maintain and service control valves, actuators, and positioners.
• Handle PLC and DCS-based control systems and interface instrumentation.
• Follow safety protocols during all maintenance and installation work.
• Document maintenance activities and calibration records.
• Work collaboratively with electrical, mechanical, and operations teams.

Candidate Requirements:

• Strong working knowledge of process instrumentation and industrial automation systems.
• Experience with PLC/DCS systems, HART protocol, and signal conditioning.
• Ability to read and interpret P&ID drawings, loop diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Proficiency in using testing and calibration tools.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.

• Power Plant, Aluminium, Steel, Cement, Oil & Gas, Chemical, or Manufacturing Plants.
