About The Role
We are seeking a skilled
Java Developer
with 4–5 years of hands-on experience to join our technology team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in
Spring Boot, Micro Service architecture, SQL databases, and caching systems
, with the ability to design, develop, and optimize scalable backend solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain applications using Java Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
  • Build scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services.
  • Work with MS SQL and PostgreSQL for database design, optimization, and query tuning.
  • Implement and optimize caching strategies using Redis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, QA, DevOps) to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure best practices in coding standards.
  • Contribute to architectural discussions and propose improvements for system scalability and reliability.

Must Have Skills

  • Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot development.
  • Expertise in Microservice architecture and RESTful API design.
  • Hands-on experience with MS SQL and PostgreSQL.
  • Working knowledge of Redis for caching and performance optimization.
  • Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and system integration.

Good To Have Skills

  • Prior experience working with broking firms or financial services domain.
  • Knowledge of messaging queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ), cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), or containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
