Cricket Analyst

Position: Cricket Analyst (Fans, Journalist, Commentator, etc.)

Type: Hourly Contract

Compensation: $19-$22 per hour

Location: India (Remote)

Commitment: Flexible hrs/week)

Role & Responsibilities:

• Watch live or recorded cricket matches and evaluate AI-generated play-by-play commentary and post-match analysis.
• Score the AIs outputs for accuracy, depth of insight, cricket IQ, and entertainment/storytelling quality.
• Judge whether the AI correctly understands match context (game flow, key moments, player roles, pitch conditions, match-ups, momentum shifts).
• Identify factual errors, weak interpretations, missed context, or inconsistent tone/style in the AI commentary.
• Provide clear written feedback outlining strengths, weaknesses, and specific improvements.
• Collaborate with analysts and developers to improve the AIs cricket reasoning, realism, and narrative quality.

Requirements:

• Strong cricket knowledge through playing, coaching, journalism/commentary, or deep fandom (must have).
• Strong analytical ability to assess strategy, decision-making, and match narratives (must have).
• Strong written English with the ability to communicate nuanced cricket insights clearly (must have).
• Comfortable using online tools/dashboards for evaluation and feedback (must have).
• Detail-oriented with the ability to catch subtle mistakes and inconsistencies.
