Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Desktop Engineer located in Kochi. The Desktop Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support for desktop computers, troubleshooting issues, managing operating systems, and performing software installations. Daily tasks will also include diagnosing and resolving hardware and software problems, maintaining user accounts, and ensuring the smooth operation of desktop environments and peripherals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Desktop Computers and Technical Support
  • Ability to perform Troubleshooting and resolve technical issues
  • Experience with Operating Systems and Software Installation
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
  • Relevant certifications such as A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are a plus
  • Experience in the IT service industry is a plus
