About The Opportunity
A staffing & HR services partner supporting enterprise IT and data programs across Banking, Financial Services, Insurance (BFSI), Retail, and Technology sectors. We place delivery-focused teams that implement large-scale data integration, migration, and analytics initiatives for enterprise customers.

We are hiring a Talend ETL Developer to work on on-site data integration projects in India, developing production-grade ETL pipelines, data transformations, and operational support for mission-critical datasets.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy Talend-based ETL jobs and reusable components to ingest, transform, and load data from heterogeneous sources to target systems.
  • Implement Talend Data Integration and Talend Open Studio solutions, including job orchestration, parameterisation, and error handling.
  • Integrate Talend jobs with source/target databases and platforms (RDBMS, data lakes, cloud object storage) using optimized SQL and bulk-loading patterns.
  • Work with Talend Administration Center (TAC) to schedule, monitor, troubleshoot, and tune production jobs; implement logging and automated alerts.
  • Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and stakeholders to translate data requirements into high-quality mappings and technical specifications.
  • Create technical documentation, unit tests, and support deployment/CI pipelines to ensure repeatable, auditable releases.
