This Role RequiresIn the role of Senior Financial Analyst, you will be a key contributor to MResult's mission of empowering our clients with data-driven insights and innovative digital solutions. This Role:

  • 2 to 4 Years of experience as a Financial Analyst
  • Detailed sector and company research and analysis.
  • Financial spreading and financial analysis of a company.
  • Due diligence question development stemming from the financial analysis.
  • Interact with external consultants and advisers as required regarding analysis.
  • Compliance and background checking.
  • Presentations for Investment Committee including deal screeners, Investment Committee memos for which templates are established
  • Monitor the progress of their portfolio companies including keeping up to date on portfolio performance and address any specific requests for action or approval (for example, covenant ratios, delay in debt service payments, waiver requests, etc.).
  • On a quarterly basis prepare returns forecasts, commentary, and other investment information for clients.
  • Monitor and manage client mailboxes, addressing inquiries and ensuring clear communication.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to execute investor outreach and marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in preparing investor updates, newsletters, and other communications.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft 365 or ability to learn it.
  • Skilled with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Excellent accounting and financial analysis skills
  • Verbal presentation and written skills in English
