• Ensure Legal documents signed off like NDA/GPA/Warraty agreements with related commodity supplier before sending RFQ
• RFQ Management (Procure to pay responsibility for related commodity)
• Ensure Commercial agreement signe off with realted suppliers with price variation clouse (Index base)
• Should costing for related commodity
• Actualisation of costings before SOP and relaese open Order
• Ensure APQP activity for related program sourcing
• Budgeting for related commodity including cost saving plans
• Bench marking for related commodity and maintain data source
• Prepaire suppliers strategy plan(Grow/Fix/Exit) based on performance
• Releasing Purcahse Order for realted commodity
• Supplier rationalisation
• Support SQD & QA team to improve the suppplier performamnce for realted commodity
• Reverse auction for high spending standard parts
• Responsible for IATF audit (zero NC) for related commodity
• Ensure to follow sourcing procedure of Nexcharge (Zero deviation)
• Intract with R&D team to identify the potential supplies and approvals for technology parts based on market bench mark
• Responsible to meet target prices for new program sourcing
• Delvoping alternate source & alternate parts
• VA/VE intiative to achive cost reduction targets

• Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Depth knowledge about the costing for metal/fabrication/plastic/wiring harness -capable to prepare cost breakdown (should costing)
• Strategic thinking and negotiation skill
• Fluent English Communication
• Supplier relationship
• Should be able to work at supplier location also during development
• RFQ Management
• Fluent English Communication
• Prepairing cost breakdouwn (should costing) for new program/budgeting/support to quote customer
• Good negotiation skill based on should costing
• Able to create negotiate contract
• Depth knowledge about APQP
• In-Depth technical knowledge about product devlopment tools , tooling devlopments for metal/lastic/rubber commodities
