ROLE PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE

1. Responsibleto maintain the accuracy of the IT Asset Inventory.
2. Responsiblefor identifying, documenting and preparing reports on complianceissues related to asset consumption. Responsible for managing andmonitoring Ujjivan SFBs IT asset management system.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE

Business:

• Responsiblefor ascertaining the working condition of IT assets incollaboration with users and supervisors and recommendreplacement, if needed.
• Preparationof purchase orders for IT assets.
• Responsibleto co-ordinate with Finance for invoice processing.

Customer(Both Internal & External)

• Toco-ordinate with Audit SPOCs to validate branch asset
• Tovalidate physical regional inventory across departments
• Coordinationwith all departments for gathering requirements related to ITassets
• Toallocate to the users the relevant IT assets for carrying outbusiness related activities against documented approvals
• Toco-ordinate with HR for updating employee records related to ITassets during allocation, change and handover.

• Timetaken to allocate asset
• Correctnessof Asset Indemnity Form

Collectionof assets during exit:

• Timetaken to inform HR for FFS

Stakeholders interactions

• AIFform submission to HR- weekly
• Coordinatewith Configuration team for asset deployment.
• Co-ordinatingwith Employees for FNF-Full & Final of Exit Employees

InternalProcess

• Tokeep track of assets send for repairs and update the inventory
• PhysicalStock verification fortnightly
• Providereplacement against the faulty/lost assets
• Remappingresigned employees' assets to new employees
• Provideassets to new employees by verifying stock in the branch/RO/HOwithin agreed TAT.\
• Towork on Quarterly Audit, IT Asset declaration from Branch &RO office
• Allasset movements need to updated in Oracle Tool
• BLTTraining of Onboarding of new users need to update in Darwin Box
• MailboxMonitoring and responding mails
• SomeAd-hoc requirements

Complianceto SLA/Policies/ Processes

• Completedocumentation (AIF) for the audi.
• Nooverdue items for the fixed assets audit crossed the timeline

ProcessManagement/ Process Excellence

• Ensurerequired desktops and laptops are allotted to project teamswithin the given stipulated time for project.
• Quarterlycome to the manager with some kind of new process which can beimprove the existing process

Educational

Qualifications

• Graduationin any stream

ExperienceRange (Years and Core Experience Type)

• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in IT assetmanagement
