Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cake Master based in Kallakurichi. The Cake Master will be responsible for baking and decorating cakes, developing new cake designs and recipes, maintaining inventory and ensuring the quality of ingredients, and adhering to food safety and hygiene standards. The Cake Master will also be expected to manage customer orders, provide excellent customer service, and work collaboratively with the team to maintain the high standards of TN15 Cakes.

Qualifications

  • Experience in baking and cake decoration
  • Skills in developing new cake designs and recipes
  • Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and creativity
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Relevant certifications in baking or culinary arts are a plus
  • Previous experience in a bakery or culinary setting is preferred
