About The Role
We are looking for a talented Backend Developer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building scalable and high-performance backend services using
FastAPI, Python, , and working with databases like PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
You will play a key role in designing APIs, optimizing database interactions, and ensuring the reliability and security of backend systems.

Key Responsibilities
 Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using FastAPI, Python, and

 Work with PostgreSQL and MongoDB to model data, write efficient queries, and optimize performance.

 Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps, and product teams to deliver seamless and scalable solutions.

 Implement authentication, authorization, and secure data handling practices.

 Write clean, well-documented, and testable code following best practices.

 Identify and fix bugs, performance bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities.

 Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and architecture discussions.

 Stay updated on new technologies and contribute to improving development processes.

Required Skills Experience
 Strong backend development experience with FastAPI and Python.

 Experience with , including building scalable APIs and middleware.

 Proficiency in working with PostgreSQL and/or MongoDB, including schema design and performance optimization.

 Understanding of RESTful API design principles and best practices

 Knowledge of authentication mechanisms such as OAuth, JWT, etc.

 Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker is a plus.

 Experience with Git and version control workflows.

 Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to code quality and efficiency.

 Ability to work in an agile environment and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
