We are looking for a skilled Accounts professional with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team as an Assistant Manager / Executive in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including financial reporting and analysis.
  • Develop and implement effective accounting strategies to optimize financial performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and mentor junior accounting staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
